Designing and Creating Custom Jewelry

Forever Diamonds would be glad to aid you in the designing and creation of any piece of custom jewelry you may have in mind. Our jewelers have designed exclusive pieces of fine jewelry for many of our satisfied clients. We would be pleased to work with you to create your vision. Please send us an email of what you have in mind or give us a call and a member of our staff will assist you. Unfortunately, we can not accept exchanges or returns on a custom designed piece of jewelry. Although, if the piece is a custom engagement ring set with our center stone, we will accept the full retail value paid on the gemstone toward your Trade-Up service for future upgrades.

Have your Jewelry Custom Engraved

Have your engagement ring and/or wedding band custom engraved FREE OF CHARGE*. This service is only available on rings while making the original purchase. Depending on the item, we may NOT be able to accept exchanges or returns on a piece of jewelry that has been engraved. Same-Day service is often available if you bring the item into our store. *Free of charge up to 20 letters. Over 20 letters is available for a nominal charge.

Appraisals

Forever Diamonds provides you with a FREE appraisal for your insurance purposes. We believe that an important purchase deserves this special consideration. We highly recommend that you submit the appraisal to your insurance company for adequate coverage.

Trade-Ups

We allow trade-ins towards an upgrade; the original receipt is required.
